SHIPPING POLICY & DISPATCH GUIDELINES

We offer FREE SHIPPING to any New Zealand destination on all orders over $50.00. The Heartland Rural Supplies Ltd dispatch team work efficiently and aim to ensure all deliveries reach their destination in a timely manner.

For international customers, we regret to inform that we currently do not offer shipping Outside New Zealand.

Please refer to the guidelines below for all information regarding deliveries, short landings, & expected times of arrival. This will ensure accurate and informative information regarding dispatch and delivery times for your ordered goods.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Dispatch operation hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday.
Delivery time – North Island
Standard North Island deliveries- within 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch.
Rural deliveries – up to 4 working days from the point of dispatch for areas classed as rural by our carriers’ freight mainframe.

Delivery time – South Island
Standard South Island deliveries – within 3-4 working days from the point of dispatch.
Rural deliveries – up to 5 working days from the point of dispatch for areas classed as rural by our carriers’ freight mainframe.

Note: To ensure the dispatched product can be traced and correctly accounted for, all dispatches must be supplied with corresponding Heartland rural Supplies Ltd packing slips.

Overnight/Saturday deliveries – IMPORTANT

Heartland Rural Supplies Ltd is unable to provide/guarantee overnight/Saturday deliveries under any circumstances. If you urgently require Heartland Rural Supplies Ltd exclusive product and the above shipping times are unsatisfactory we apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns policy
To keep costs down we do not accept any returns except where the reason for the return is covered by either the above warranty condition, Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

You must ensure that when placing your order you require everything that is in your shopping cart and that accidental additions have not been made. Once your order is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be changed or returned.

Any costs incurred due to incorrectly entered personal information are the responsibility of the member.
